ESWA PROVIDES A CHANCE FOR WORKERS TO SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES
NO OTHER INTEREST SAVE THE WORKERS’ THEMSELVES IS SERVED
Who are our members?
EASTERN SERVICE WORKERS ASSOCIATION (ESWA) members are the backbone of the economy: we work in warehouses, clean homes and offices, provide care to children and the elderly, construct houses and maintain lawns, and perform other jobs in the service, tourism, and manufacturing industries, yet we receive wages that don’t cover survival needs for our families.

Northern New Jersey Workers Benefit Council
The Northern New Jersey Workers Benefit Council (WBC) is a body of members who take on leadership roles in the organization. WBC decisions are made by consensus, including ratifying campaigns and demands. Members meet to coordinate the actions ESWA will take toward problems and needs expressed by the Council members and how the Benefit Program will grow in the interests of working people in Northern and Central New Jersey.
